3 Things.
Even though my long week at the beach is now over, S and I still managed to find some fun in the city before settling back into reality. Currently, I'm trying to avoid this at all costs, but failing miserably. Happy Monday to those of you who are finding themselves at work today, you're good people. And an even happier Monday to those fortunate enough to have the day off - you're smart people.
1. Quality time spent with my darling grandmother - priceless.
2. Heading to The Fillmore to see S's favorite band, The Devil Makes Three
3. Riding around town with the cutest co-pilot #teamZiggy

Friday Blues.
Everlane cardigan // Gap shirt // Kut from the Kloth jeans // JCrew scarf // Crown Vintage booties // Gucci handbag // VonZipper sunglasses
This week away at the beach has gone by far too quickly, but you know what they say about having fun - time flies. I'm spending my last day away layered up and enjoying the Santa Cruz sunshine. I hope your holiday has treated you well. xo

3 Things.
After work on Friday, S, Ziggy and I piled into the car and headed to the beach to get started celebrating the holidays. Unfortunately, S woke up Saturday morning with a fever and I quickly quarantined him so that the rest of the household didn't catch whatever it was that he had caught. I kept busy by decorating the house for Christmas, wrapping presents and went to dinner with my mom at the Rock Room. S is on the mend and my grandmother arrives tomorrow. Now, it's starting to feel a lot like Christmas.
1. Morning views over brunch
2. Piping hot chicken noodle soup for my sick guy
3. Holiday cookie decorating

3 Things.
With back to back to back holiday and birthday parties from Thursday thru Saturday, this weekend was busy celebrating. This is my first holiday living with S and have had so much fun introducing him to some of traditions I share with family and friends. We even created a few traditions of our own.
1. Season's greetings with my boo.
2. Abominable snowman ice luge = Best Holiday part. Ever.
3. Cozy Sunday nights at home {recovering from the crazy weekend}

3 Things.
Apparently I missed the memo about the rain hitting San Francisco on Friday evening and ended up walking home in the rain without an umbrella. After this chilly experience, I dedicated my weekend to all things relaxing and warm. From sleeping in to taking in a movie to watching the 49ers win from my cozy bed, I did accomplished exactly what I had set out to do.
1. Friday night rainfall - I love it so much from indoors, but not so much through it after a long week at work
2. Matinee day date with my boo
3. Waking up to this sweet face each morning. Love.

Lesson Learned.
During a recent trip to New York, I came across a simple Conair blow dryer that has taken my hair game to a new level - not only did it cut my dry time in half, my hair looked fantastic each day. Admittedly, I've never been one to spend much on hair products, but the reality is, you wear your hair everyday. And that alone is reason enough to upgrade your hair care products immediately.

3 Things.
There's nothing I love more than spending time with my Grandmother - she's the cutest little thing ever! A few years ago, I made her a promise that my mom and I would spend Thanksgiving at her home in Texas going forward. It's fun to pause for a moment and spend time with the ones you love the most. One things for sure, there is never a shortage of laughs with those two.
1. Something old, something new - my grandmother's Nantucket High School class ring from 1946. Haven't taken it off since I put it on.
2. Finding this lovely photo of my dressed as a cowgirl. That hair!
3. Goofing around with my favorite traveling partner, my mom.
