After last night's yoga class I can see the Zen is out of the bag so I might as well share the love too. Every Tuesday 6:16pm there is yoga instruction* at Grace Cathedral. For those of you who happen to be in San Francisco on a Tuesday evening try Yoga on the Labyrinth - the whole experience is quite something in itself.
Can you imagine meditating any where more beautiful?
