3 Things.

The fact alone that I fell asleep during Fashion Police on Friday night should be an indicator as to just how tired I was. I just haven't been sleeping all that great lately. Actually, I'm fine once I fall asleep it's the falling part that has been difficult. On to a Saturday that didn't end up quite according to plan, I decided to take it for the sign it was and just spend the rest of the weekend relaxing at home with Ziggy. Now I feel much better taking this busy week head on. Here are a few key items that played a role in getting me there.

1. Fine Foods at Home is back after a 3 week hiatus (actually, trip across the Atlantic).
My first full week back on schedule with this delicious food and my mind, body and soul already feels healthier and more energized.

2. Jade Spa - a local spa only 2 months old {still working out the kinks}. Perfect place for a Friday spa evening after a long week at work.
