When it comes to new restaurants, my rule of thumb is to try it twice before I make any judgment (unless it’s too terribly bad to go back), but when I find one I like I’m hooked. Slightly embarrassed to admit this, but I pretty much moved into Palacio’s restaurant last weekend - going to happy hour on Saturday and then the following day for brunch on Easter Sunday and then back again for happy hour that same evening. What can I say, I absolutely love the town of Los Gatos
