Speaking of enough being enough, some of my co-workers and I have decided to make a lifestyle change together in regards to our diets. We have put together a cleanse specific for us {basically, we've combined a "mash-up" of our favorite cleanses} to ultimately get a jump start on a major health kick we've all felt like we've needed since the holidays.
