Can't ever get enough of those California palms
Sometimes weekends with no plans at all end up better than those meticulously thought out. With nothing slated to do, we enjoyed lazy mornings, caught up on old movies (full disclosure, I had never seen Ferris Bueller's Day Off until now) and enjoyed the company of one of my best girlfriends visiting from out of town over sushi. The weekend rounded out nicely with a little Sunday shopping with my mom. Have a fantastic week.

I should preface this by saying - no one was hurt in this accident. This was one of those freak things that happened late Sunday, the light post just fell over. Just like that.
